About Intentional Minds
Our mental health center offers a holistic perspective that includes unique ideas for natural alternatives to support you and your family's overall well-being.
For as long as I can remember, I have been intrigued with understanding others, helping them understand how their struggles came about, and how to unlearn the patterns that have been keeping them stuck. As a teenager and young adult, I needed a non-judgmental, guiding space where talking about struggles and feeling understood were the norm. My desire to prevent others from feeling alone ultimately led me to pursue a career in mental health therapy and, in 2024, open my own private practice.
I work with children as young as three years old, as well as young women navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, emotional dysregulation, and eating disorders. One of the things I love most about working with children is helping them learn tools and build their emotional intelligence so they are better equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.

On a personal note…
I am a very driven, motivated person, so I choose outdoor, mindful activities to help me recenter and slow down.
Morning walks with my dogs have become the best part of my day. The calmness of the morning paired with chirping birds makes it easy to be present and appreciate small things.
I have renewed my love for reading and if I can lay in my hammock on a sunny day while I read- even better. Needlepoint, golf, strength training, and tending to my collection of plants have become new hobbies.
I am one of those energetic morning people, and the best treat in the morning is savoring the first sip of a deliciously sweet coffee.
